Finished at last. The first Gripen prototype. Built with the Revell issue of the Italeri JAS 39A kit.

| When I started it in 2014 I was expecting a quick build but that didn't happen. I decided that it should be finished this year since it is 30 years since the first flight. |
| I used the decals from the old Revell kit from 1989. It is smaller, so I needed three sheets. That is why there are colour differences in the lines on the wings. OK it wasn't a quick build, but I finished it in time with 11 months to spare. |
